I am thrilled to announce that I have sold Negotyum.com! Today, I can finally share this exciting news, closing an extraordinary chapter: a journey that began with just an idea and a laptop at WeWork Labs Cologne, continued at BIC Gipuzkoa and EKINN, and gave me the opportunity to visit incredible places and meet amazing people in Silicon Valley, Stanford, San Francisco, the Dubai AI Summit, Web Summit Lisbon, Monaco, and 4YFN Barcelona.

Thanks to the hard work and network of Muhammed Adnan K., a key developer at Negotyum who also acted as the broker for this process, we have successfully completed the sale and transition of Negotyum.com. Although the agreement was signed in 2025, the full handover and transition were only finalized this week.

During this period, we worked closely together to ensure a smooth transition, honoring all commitments to our users and guaranteeing the reliable continuity of the service.

The agreement includes the transfer of all rights, source code, and the full digital license for the platform marketed to date as "Negotyum.com" and "Negotium APP". However, on the advice of Martin Zozaya and with the agreement of the new owners, I am retaining ownership of the registered trademark "Negotyum". Moving forward, the application's intellectual property will be used exclusively internally by the acquiring company.

Due to an NDA, I cannot share further details at this time. While it wasn't one of those multi-million dollar exits you read about in the news, it was a highly satisfying deal for a micro-SaaS. It exceeded my profitability expectations and will provide a massive boost of resources and energy for what comes next.

I am especially proud to say that Negotyum marks my second full entrepreneurial cycle—ideating, building, operating, and selling a business. The first was Basque Epic in 2018, which, incredibly, still serves hundreds of people a year a decade after its founding, thanks to the excellent management of its current owners, Iñigo and Mateo.

Over the coming weeks, I’ll be taking some time to reflect, recharge, and travel while I gear up for my next adventure.

In the meantime, I will continue offering strategic consulting and support to a very small, select number of projects (3-4 per year). If you believe I can add value to your company in terms of strategy, planning, management, or Notion implementation, feel free to drop a comment on this post or send me a direct message.

A special thank you goes out to Donostia Sustapena - Fomento San Sebastián (Iñigo Aristi Larrañaga) and BIC Gipuzkoa (Amaia Fernandez de las Heras). Your support was instrumental in developing Negotyum in Donosti.

I’ll sign off this post with an Enzo Ferrari quote that I love: "The most important victory is always the next one."
